Fabricated concrete structure for supporting deep foundation pit
The fabricated concrete structure comprises a prefabricated wall, a plurality of prefabricated piles and a prefabricated ring beam, the prefabricated wall is annularly arranged along the side wall of the deep foundation pit, and a plurality of vertical clamping grooves which are vertically through and distributed in the annular circumferential direction of the prefabricated wall are formed in the inner wall of the prefabricated wall; the outer side portion of each precast pile is clamped into the corresponding vertical clamping groove, the inner side portion of each precast pile extends to the inner side of the precast wall, and the precast ring beam is of an annular ring structure which is connected to the inner side portion of the precast pile and distributed in the annular circumferential direction of the precast wall. The side portion of the deep foundation pit is supported in a full-surrounding mode, the supporting structure is stable, factory prefabricated concrete members are directly connected on site, and the connecting structure is stable.
本发明公开了一种用于深基坑支护的装配式混凝土结构,包括有预制墙、多个预制桩和预制圈梁,预制墙沿深基坑的侧壁进行环形布设,预制墙的内壁上设置有多个上下贯通且沿预制墙环形周向进行分布的竖直卡槽,每个预制桩的外侧部均卡入到对应的竖直卡槽内,每个预制桩的内侧部均延伸至预制墙的内侧,预制圈梁为连接于预制桩的内侧部上且沿预制墙环形周向分布的环形圈结构。本发明对深基坑的侧部进行全包围式支护,支护结构稳定,工厂预制混凝土构件直接进行现场连接,连接结构稳定。
