The damping structure sequentially comprises a bottom plate, a partition plate and a placing plate from bottom to top, the bottom plate and the placing plate are connected through connecting cylinders arranged at the four corners, and the partition plate is located between the bottom plate and the placing plate; damping mechanisms are arranged between the bottom plate and the partition plate and matched with the bottom plate and the partition plate respectively, connecting plates are arranged between the corresponding damping mechanisms, the multiple connecting plates are connected through screws, rotating plates are arranged at the front ends of the screws, and the rotating plates are matched with the bottom plate through fixing assemblies. A sliding column matched with the bottom plate is arranged below the connecting plate, moving blocks are arranged on the two sides of the sliding column, and moving openings matched with the sliding column and the moving blocks are formed in the bottom plate. A plurality of pairs of positioning rods are arranged on the upper surface of the partition plate, and an adjusting seat is arranged at the lower part of each pair of positioning rods; through cooperation of the rotating plate, the damping mechanism and the screw rod, the damping effect of the whole damping structure can be controlled, and damaged parts in the damping mechanism can be replaced in time.
