BUILDING DAMPING STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building damping structure that can reliably reduce vibration generated in an office building with a hydraulic vibration-reducing damper while preventing damage to the building.SOLUTION: After vibration to one side is generated in an office building 10A resulting in the building 10A being deformed to one side, and damping force of a vibration reducing hydraulic damper against the vibration to one side increases and reaches the maximum damping force, and before a displacement of the hydraulic damper against the deformation to one side reaches maximum, a building damping structure performs damping force first reduction means for reducing the damping force of the hydraulic damper to 1/4 or less of the maximum damping force. After the vibration to one side turns to the other side resulting in the building 10A being deformed to the other side, and damping force of the hydraulic damper against the vibration to the other side increases and reaches the maximum damping force, and before the displacement of the hydraulic damper against the deformation to the other side reaches maximum, the building damping structure performs damping force second reduction means for reducing the damping force of the hydraulic damper to 1/4 or less of the maximum damping force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】オフィスビルの損壊を防ぎつつ、振動減衰油圧ダンパーによってビルに生じた振動を確実に低減させることができる建造物制震構造を提供する。【解決手段】建造物制震構造は、オフィスビル10Aに一方への振動が生じてビル10Aが一方へ変形し、一方への振動に対する振動減衰油圧ダンパーの減衰力が増加してその減衰力が最大減衰力に到達した後であって一方の変形に対する油圧ダンパーの変位が最大になる前に、油圧ダンパーの減衰力を最大減衰力の1/4以下に低減する減衰力第1低減手段を実施し、一方の振動が他方へ転じてビル10Aが他方へ変形し、他方への振動に対する油圧ダンパーの減衰力が増加してその減衰力が最大減衰力に到達した後であって他方の変形に対する油圧ダンパーの変位が最大になる前に、油圧ダンパーの減衰力を最大減衰力の1/4以下に低減する減衰力第2低減手段を実施する。【選択図】図1
