The cantilever plate is supported on the upper-layer prefabricated outer wall plate, the upper portions of the stirrups of the lower-layer prefabricated outer wall plate are embedded in the cantilever plate, and longitudinal main ribs in the cantilever plate are connected to the upper portions of the multiple stirrups.
