The invention relates to a newly-added corner column and ring beam for indoor floor adding of an industrial plant and a construction method thereof. The newly-added corner column and ring beam comprises a newly-added corner column, a newly-added ring beam, concrete pin keys, steel tie bars and steel base plates. The newly-added corner columns are arranged at the corners of the industrial factory building. The newly-added corner column is composed of longitudinal steel bars and corner column stirrups.
