An insulating glass panel (1) comprising at least two glass sheets (2, 3), a frame-shaped spacer (4) made of a synthetic material and a pane insert (5) attached to the spacer (4) wherein the spacer (4) and the pane insert (5) are located between the two glass sheets (2, 3). According to the invention, it is provided that the insulating glass panel (1) comprises at least one pair of magnets (28; 29), the at least one pair of magnets (28; 29) is formed by two magnets (10, 11; 12, 13; 14, 15; 16, 17; 18, 19) which cooperate to position and retain the pane insert (5) in the insulating glass panel (1).
