The invention relates to a preparation method of heat-conducting foam carbon by a normal pressure method and the prepared heat-conducting foam carbon. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) uniformly mixing porous graphite and a heat-conducting reinforcing material, and carrying out compression molding; (2) dissolving the asphalt component in a solvent; (3) immersing the preformed material obtained in the step (1) into the solution obtained in the step (2) to enable the asphalt component to enter the preformed material, and drying the solvent to obtain an impregnated material; (4) treating the impregnated material obtained in the step (3) for more than 0.5 hour at 450-900 DEG C under normal pressure in a protective atmosphere to obtain a foam carbon material; a normal-pressure preparation process is adopted, the process is simple and convenient, the cost is low, a low-density hierarchical pore structure formed by bonding the loose porous graphite and the heat conduction reinforcing material through the asphalt component is small in pore diameter, and the effect of a liquid phase change material can be better bound.
本发明一种常压法导热泡沫炭的制备方法及制得的导热泡沫炭,所述制备方法包括(1)将多孔石墨与导热增强材料混合均匀,压制成型;(2)将沥青组分溶于溶剂中;(3)将步骤(1)所得的预成型料浸入步骤(2)所得溶液中,以使所述沥青组分进入所述预成型料中,并烘干所述溶剂以得到浸渍材料;(4)将步骤(3)所得浸渍材料在常压下且保护气氛中于450‑900℃处理0.5小时以上,得到泡沫炭材料;本发明采用常压制备工艺,工艺简便成本低,并且通过沥青组分将疏松多孔石墨和导热增强材料粘接起来形成的低密度多级孔结构,孔径小,可以更好的束缚液态相变材料的作用。
