The invention relates to a preparation method of a foam-based heat superconducting material for purifying high-salt-content wastewater by using solar heat, and belongs to the technical field of solar water purification. The invention aims to provide a super-heat-conducting material with high photothermal conversion efficiency and high heat-conducting property, and a method for evaporating and purifying high-salt-content wastewater by using the super-heat-conducting material. According to the technical scheme, graphene is loaded on a foam base material, a super-heat-conduction material is prepared, then the material is placed in high-salt-content wastewater, water is heated through solar energy, water vapor is generated, then the water vapor is collected through a condenser, clean water is obtained, and meanwhile salt and other impurities are left in the wastewater. The solar water heater has the advantages that (1) the super-heat-conducting material has high light absorptivity and low heat loss, and solar energy can be efficiently converted into heat energy, so that high-temperature water vapor is generated; (2) the foam base material has a high specific surface area and a porous structure, can provide a large number of graphene loading sites, and is also beneficial to permeation of water molecules and transmission of water vapor; (3) the method provided by the invention can realize separation of water and salt, purify high-salt-content wastewater, and recover salt and other valuable substances at the same time; and (4) the method is simple, low in cost, environment-friendly and suitable for various water quality and water temperature conditions.
本发明涉及一种利用太阳热净化高含盐废水的泡沫基超导热材料的制备方法,属于太阳能水净化技术领域。本发明的目的是提供一种具有高光热转换效率和高导热性能的超导热材料,以及利用该材料对高含盐废水进行蒸发净化的方法。本发明的技术方案是:在泡沫基材上负载石墨烯,制备出超导热材料,然后将该材料置于高含盐废水中,利用太阳能对水进行加热,产生水蒸气,然后通过冷凝器收集水蒸气,得到清洁的水,同时将盐分和其他杂质留在废水中。本发明的优点是:(1)超导热材料具有高的光吸收率和低的热损失,能够将太阳能高效地转化为热能,从而产生高温的水蒸气;(2)泡沫基材具有高比表面积和多孔结构,能够提供大量的石墨烯负载位点,同时也有利于水分子的渗透和水蒸气的传输;(3)本发明的方法可以实现水和盐分的分离,净化高含盐废水,同时也可以回收盐分和其他有价值的物质;(4)本发明的方法简单、低成本、环保,适用于各种水质和水温的条件。
