Superfine composite powder grinding aid and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material admixtures, and particularly relates to a superfine composite powder grinding aid which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 10-30 parts of polycarboxylic acid alcohol amine ester, 3-5 parts of aminated lignin sulfonate, 10-20 parts of an inorganic dispersant, 5-15 parts of molasses, 5-10 parts of polyol, 0.5-1 part of liquid caustic soda and 30-60 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the superfine composite powder grinding aid, which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing aminated sulfonated lignin; and S2, preparing the polycarboxylic acid alcohol amine ester. The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively carrying out amination sulfonation modification on lignin, carrying out esterification modification on alcohol amine, synthesizing polycarboxylic acid alcohol amine ester, and compounding the amination sulfonation lignin and the polycarboxylic acid alcohol amine ester as main raw materials to obtain the superfine composite powder grinding aid. The prepared superfine composite powder admixture not only can improve the grinding efficiency of superfine composite powder, reduce the power consumption of a mill and excite the activity of the composite powder, but also can realize the comprehensive utilization of the lignin, the fly ash and the mineral powder.
本发明属于建筑材料外加剂技术领域,具体涉及一种超细复合粉助磨剂,其由以下重量份的原料制成:聚羧酸醇胺酯10‑30份,胺化磺化木质素3‑5份,无机分散剂10‑20份,糖蜜5‑15份,多元醇5‑10份,液碱0.5‑1份,水30‑60份。本发明还公开一种超细复合粉助磨剂的制备方法,包含以下步骤,S1:制备胺化磺化木质素;S2:制备聚羧酸醇胺酯。本发明分别对木质素进行胺化磺化改性,对醇胺酯化改性并合成聚羧酸醇胺酯,再将胺化磺化木质素、聚羧酸醇胺酯作为主要原料复配出超细复合粉助磨剂,所制备的超细复合粉外加剂不仅能提高超细复合粉的粉磨效率、降低磨机电耗、激发复合粉活性,还能实现木质素、粉煤灰、矿粉的综合利用。
