The invention relates to superfine slag powder. The superfine slag powder is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 80-100 parts of slag, 10-30 parts of slag, 10-15 parts of waste rock, 1-3 parts of surfactant and 2-3 parts of nanoscale graphene. The invention further provides a grinding treatment method of the superfine slag powder. According to the superfine slag powder, the waste rock and the nanoscale graphene are added, so that the strength and quality of the superfine slag powder can be effectively improved; and with the manufacturing method adopted, the production efficiency of products can be effectively improved, and the production cost is reduced.
