Seawater-resistant concrete repairing material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a seawater-resistant concrete repairing material which is composed of two parts of ingredients, namely a repairing high-viscosity concrete ingredient M1 and a salt-resistant antibacterial compact concrete ingredient M2. The repairable high-viscosity concrete ingredient M1 is prepared from 55 to 65 weight percent of modified magnesium phosphate cement, 1.5 to 2.5 weight percent of ternary copolymerized polyacrylamide, 25 to 35 weight percent of quartz sand with the fineness modulus of 2.5 to 2.7 and 5 to 10 weight percent of superfine steel fiber with the cross sectional area of less than or equal to 0.01 mm < 2 >; the salt-tolerant antibacterial compact concrete ingredient M2 is prepared from the following components in percentage by weight: 55 to 60 percent of modified magnesium phosphate cement, 0.4 to 0.8 percent of ternary copolymer polyacrylamide, 10 to 20 percent of coarse aggregate, 10 to 15 percent of fine aggregate, 5 to 10 percent of common steel fiber, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of water reducing agent and 0.01 to 0.5 percent of cuprous oxide. By matching the two concrete ingredients, the repair effect with stable and excellent performance can be obtained.
