For an LTCC (Low Temperature Co-Fired Ceramic) transformer, the conversion efficiency of the LTCC transformer is a crucial index, and in order to reduce the overall loss, a material with low power loss must be selected to manufacture a substrate. The invention provides a low-loss substrate material for a high-frequency LTCC transformer and a preparation method of the low-loss substrate material. According to the invention, low-temperature sintering of the ferrite is realized at 920 DEG C by adding Bi2O3, and the YIG gyromagnetic ferrite powder is added during secondary ball milling, so that the overall resistivity is improved, a magnetic grain boundary is formed, and finally, the ferrite material with high magnetic conductivity and low power loss, of which the initial magnetic conductivity is 204, the saturation flux density is 408mT and the power loss is 53kW/m < 3 >, is prepared. According to the invention, high magnetic conductivity and low power loss of the power ferrite material can be realized, and a basis is provided for further miniaturization of ferrite devices such as a high-frequency LTCC transformer and a high-frequency DC/DC switch.
