An adjusting device is arranged below the supporting plate and comprises a prefabricated plate, an arc shell arranged on the prefabricated plate and a supporting column. The road surface height difference between the bridge head and the connecting section can be relieved in a self-adaptive mode, the vibration sense of vehicle driving is relieved, and then the driving comfort is improved.
