The invention provides a self-adaptive transition structure for preventing and treating bumping at a bridge head. The self-adaptive transition structure comprises a transition structure body and a sleeper beam, one end of the transition structure body is connected to a bridge abutment, and the bottom of the other end of the transition structure body abuts against the top face of the sleeper beam located in a road. When the sleeper beam settles along with the road, the transition structure body can rotate with the joint of the transition structure body and the bridge abutment as the circle center, smooth transition between the bridge abutment and the road can be achieved, and the problem of bumping at the bridge head is avoided. The bottom edge of the other end of the transition structure body always abuts against the top face of the sleeper beam, and a first reserved space is formed between the bottom of one end of the transition structure body and a road on the lower side of the transition structure body, so that the transition structure body can only receive settlement at the position of the sleeper beam and rotate along with the settlement at the position.
