The invention discloses a replacement method of a bridge support. The replacement method comprises the following steps: S1, prefabricating a polyurethane support and a stiffening cover; s2, a jacking mechanism is adopted for jacking the bridge, and an original support is dismantled; s3, floating sand on the top of the padstone is removed, and after shoveling and flattening are conducted, a stiffening cover is installed on the top of the padstone; s4, a pre-embedded plate at the bottom of the bridge is cleaned, and an adhesive is smeared; s5, the top of the stiffening cover is smeared with a binder, the upper surface and the lower surface of the polyurethane support are evenly smeared with a curing agent, and the polyurethane support is placed between the stiffening cover and the embedded plate; and S6, the jack slowly returns oil, the bridge stably falls on the polyurethane support, and in this way, replacement of the bridge support can be completed. And S7, when the bridge support needs to be replaced again, heating is conducted to melt the adhesive, only the local bridge needs to be jacked, the polyurethane support is pulled out, and a new polyurethane supporting device needs to be replaced according to the mode. According to the replacement method, local jacking of the bridge can be achieved, replacement of the bridge support at the jacking part is completed, and the padstone cannot be damaged in the replacement process.
