The invention relates to a bridge support replacing method which comprises the following steps: establishing a bridge actual state finite element model based on bridge information; on the basis of the bridge actual state finite element model, different jacking working conditions are simulated, and the maximum allowable jacking amount of the bridge during jacking is determined; based on the maximum allowable jacking amount of the bridge and the demanded height for dismantling the old support and installing the new support, the first jacking height at the position of the replaced support and the second jacking height at the positions of the front pier column and the rear pier column at the position of the replaced support are determined when the new support is replaced; according to the first jacking height and the second jacking height, the bridge is jacked, an old support is dismantled, and a new support is installed; and the bridge is lowered, and the bridge is reset. According to the method, before the support is replaced, through bridge information, a bridge actual state finite element model is established, and when the new support is replaced, the first jacking height at the support replacement position and the second jacking height at the front pier column and the rear pier column at the support replacement position are determined, so that the influence of support replacement on the bridge is reduced to the minimum.
