The construction method comprises the following steps that a concrete cast-in-place pile is constructed, a retaining wall is constructed along with excavation of a main foundation pit, a pre-stressed anchor cable pile structure is constructed, a pile foundation structure is constructed, an anti-floating anchor rod structure is constructed, a local deep foundation pit is excavated, and an anchor rod structure is constructed.
