The invention relates to the field of sand foundation precipitation engineering, and particularly discloses a rapid pollution discharge open caisson construction device which comprises an open caisson pipe sleeve, a steel pipe is installed in the open caisson pipe sleeve, a gas injection pipe is arranged on the inner side of the steel pipe, the lower end of the gas injection pipe is connected with an exhaust pipe, and gas distribution exhaust pipes are installed on the outer side wall of the exhaust pipe in an array mode. A sand discharging pipe is installed on one side of the steel pipe, a water discharging pipe opening is formed in the position, located in the open caisson pipe sleeve, of one side of the steel pipe, and an upper sealing cover is installed at the position, located at the upper end of the steel pipe, of the outer side of the gas injection pipe. After gas injected by the gas injection pipe enters the interior of the exhaust pipe, the gas can more widely enter the interior of the steel pipe under the action of the gas distribution exhaust pipes arranged on the outer side of the exhaust pipe in an array mode, and the sand-water mixture is disturbed under the action of the air, so that sand-water in the steel pipe is in a boiling state; and sand is discharged from the sand discharging pipe outside the steel pipe.
