The invention discloses a telegraph pole root fixing device which comprises a bottom plate. The fixed lump is arranged at the upper end of the bottom plate; mounting holes allowing telegraph poles to be inserted are formed in the middle positions of the bottom plate and the fixing lumps in a penetrating mode, and the mounting holes correspond to one another in the vertical direction; the observation assembly is arranged in mounting grooves formed in the front side wall and the rear side wall of the fixing lump, the adjusting supporting feet are arranged at the four corners of the lower end of the bottom plate, and each adjusting supporting foot comprises a shell. By means of the observation assembly, a worker can conveniently observe whether the device inclines in the installation process or after installation, the lifting assembly is combined, the height of the supporting feet is controlled and adjusted, the device is perpendicular to the pit bottom as much as possible, and the phenomenon that a telegraph pole fixedly installed in the device inclines is avoided.
