The safety warning fence comprises stand column structures, each stand column structure comprises a base and a stand rod, a warning plate is fixedly arranged on the upper portion of the stand rod, the bases of the two stand column structures are connected through a connecting piece, and vertically-formed fixing grooves are formed in the side walls of the stand columns; a fixing rod is hinged to the lower portion of the fixing groove, the fixing rod is limited by the upper portion of the fixing groove through a bolt, and a second warning plate is further arranged on the other side wall of the stand column. The device can be used independently and can also be unfolded for use, and the device has good applicability to the size of a warning area; meanwhile, the whole structure is detachable, and actions such as storage and transfer are also facilitated; and on the other hand, the overall connection stability is improved due to structural connection of the two stand columns, the stability of contact connection between the muddy ground and the bottom face is improved due to the fact that the embedded parts are further arranged below the stand columns, and the windproof guarantee is improved.
