The invention provides a plastic blind ditch pipe core which comprises a first plastic net pipe, a second plastic net pipe and a third plastic net pipe which are formed by curling, entangling and bonding plastic tows, and the first plastic net pipe, the second plastic net pipe and the third plastic net pipe are sequentially stacked and sleeved from outside to inside. Pores in the first plastic net pipe, the second plastic net pipe and the third plastic net pipe are uniformly distributed; the first plastic net pipe is prepared from a hydrophobic material, the second plastic net pipe is prepared by mixing the hydrophobic material and a small amount of hydrophilic material, and the third plastic net pipe is prepared by mixing the hydrophobic material and a large amount of hydrophilic material; and liquid can rapidly permeate along the first plastic net pipe, the second plastic net pipe and the third plastic net pipe in sequence, so that the liquid can directionally flow in the third plastic net pipe. Liquid rapidly permeates through the wetting gradient effect, the liquid can be prevented from reversely seeping, it is guaranteed that the liquid directionally flows and is discharged along the third plastic net pipe, and the overall drainage efficiency of the plastic blind ditch pipe is improved.
