The invention discloses a novel composite excitation lithium slag-based curing agent and a soft soil curing method, the curing agent comprises a curing material, an external additive and a composite activator, and the curing material has potential gelling activity. The method comprises the following steps: pretreating industrial waste residue lithium slag, weighing industrial waste residue lithium slag ash, external additive quick lime and a calcium carbonate and sodium hydroxide composite exciting agent according to a ratio, and mechanically stirring uniformly to obtain a curing agent dry blend with potential gelling activity; weighing water according to the proportion, and stirring to obtain curing agent slurry; pouring the curing agent slurry into engineering soft soil, and uniformly mixing to obtain inorganic cured soil mixed slurry; and pouring and curing the mixed slurry to obtain the industrial waste residue soft soil solidified body. The curing effect is excellent, recycling of industrial waste residues as secondary resources is promoted, waste is turned into wealth, and the problem of environmental pollution caused by industrial solid waste is solved. The method for developing the lithium slag-based curing agent is simple in process, high in construction efficiency, low in material cost, low in equipment requirement and low in energy consumption, and has a wide market prospect.
