The curing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-50 parts of lithium slag; 2-12 parts of an exciting agent, 1-6 parts of an auxiliary agent, 0-16 parts of an auxiliary cementing material, 0-5 parts of a water absorbent and 10-20 parts of a modifier; the lithium slag and the carbide slag are adopted as main raw materials of the curing agent, the curing cost is low, waste is turned into wealth, the 7-day unconfined compressive strength of the cured soft soil reaches 4.1 MPa or above, the 28-day unconfined compressive strength of the cured soft soil exceeds 10.6 MPa, the cured soft soil has the advantages of being high in strength, good in water stability and the like, the cured soft soil can be used for engineering backfill, roadbed filler and the like, and while the soft soil is cured, the curing effect is good. The resource utilization of the lithium slag and the carbide slag is also realized, and the method has better social, economic and environmental benefits.
