Silicon carbide fiber reinforced carbon-ceramic composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of ceramic composite materials, and particularly relates to a silicon carbide fiber reinforced carbon-ceramic composite material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) paving long-fiber silicon carbide fiber cloth layer by layer, covering two layers of carbon fiber plain cloth on each of the upper surface and the lower surface, and finally integrally and longitudinally performing fiber sewing treatment; (2) densifying the three-dimensional silicon carbide fiber preform in precursor gas until the density is greater than or equal to 1.8 g/cm < 3 > through differential pressure type chemical vapor infiltration, and peeling off upper and lower carbon fiber layers; (3) performing high-temperature heat treatment on the C/SIC complex under protective gas; and (4) putting the C/SIC composite material into silicon powder, and carrying out high-temperature melting siliconizing to prepare the carbon-ceramic composite material. According to the carbon-ceramic material prepared by the method, no impregnation link is introduced in the process, and the finished product is high in density, high in strength, good in high-temperature resistance and the like, and has high tensile strength and low porosity at the same time.
本发明属于陶瓷复合材料制备技术领域,具体涉及一种碳化硅纤维增强碳陶复合材料及其制备方法。所述制备方法包括如下步骤:(1)将长纤碳化硅纤维布逐层铺层,并在上、下面各覆盖2层碳纤维平纹布,最后整体纵向进行纤维缝合处理;(2)将三维碳化硅纤维预制体于前驱体气体中,通过压差式化学气相渗透增密至≥1.8g/cm3,并将上、下面的碳纤维层剥离掉;(3)将C/SIC复合体在保护气体下进行高温热处理;(4)将C/SIC复合材料置于硅粉中,进行高温熔融渗硅,制得碳陶复合材料。采用本发明制得的碳陶材质过程无浸渍环节引入,成品高密度,高强度,耐高温等性能较好,同时具有高抗拉强度和低气孔率。
