The invention provides porous ceramsite based on spodumene flotation tailings as well as a preparation method and application of the porous ceramsite, and belongs to the technical field of water treatment filter materials. The porous ceramsite based on spodumene flotation tailings, provided by the invention, is prepared from the following raw material components in percentage by weight: 60 to 75 percent of spodumene flotation tailings and 25 to 40 percent of gasified fine slag. The raw materials are all solid wastes, the process is simple, the cost is low, the spodumene flotation tailings and the gasification fine slag can be fully utilized, and the prepared ceramsite is high in porosity and high in water absorption rate and can be well used as a water treatment filter material.
本发明提供了一种基于锂辉石浮选尾矿的多孔陶粒及其制备方法与应用,属于水处理滤料技术领域。本发明提供的基于锂辉石浮选尾矿的多孔陶粒按重量百分比计,包括以下原料组分:锂辉石浮选尾矿60~75%,气化细渣25~40%。本发明的原料均为固体废弃物,不但工艺简单、成本低,还可使锂辉石浮选尾矿、气化细渣得到充分利用,制备得到的陶粒孔隙率高、吸水率高,能够很好作为水处理滤料使用。
