Continuous rapid incremental launching construction process for overweight large-span bridge
The invention discloses a continuous and rapid incremental launching construction process for an overweight large-span bridge. The continuous and rapid incremental launching construction process comprises the following steps that a bridge supporting structure is constructed and completed; a permanent support, a temporary supporting support, a jacking oil cylinder and a sliding supporting device are installed; assembling of the beam body and the temporary tower is completed through construction; a pushing driving device, a guiding deviation correcting device and a monitoring control unit are installed; incremental launching construction operation is conducted, relevant numerical values of incremental launching displacement of the beam body are monitored through the monitoring control unit, the incremental launching driving device is controlled to drive the beam body to displace according to set parameters in a gear and rack meshing driving mode, and the guiding deviation rectifying device is controlled to rectify deviation of the beam body; and the switching work from the pushing operation system to the beam bottom longitudinal slope adjusting operation system is completed, the temporary structure is dismantled, and the permanent support is consolidated. According to the incremental launching construction technology, the overline of a bridge completed in a railway time window is larger than 45 m, a beam body does not need to be jacked in the incremental launching process, the beam body is well protected, and deformation or internal defects of the beam body are avoided.
本发明公开了一种超重大跨度桥梁连续快速顶推施工工艺,包括如下步骤:施工完成桥梁支撑结构;安装永久支座、临时支撑支座、顶升油缸及滑动支撑装置;施工完成梁体及临时塔的组装;安装顶推驱动装置、导向纠偏装置及监测控制单元;进行顶推施工作业,通过监测控制单元监测梁体顶推位移相关数值,控制顶推驱动装置以齿轮齿条啮合驱动方式带动梁体按照设定参数进行位移,控制导向纠偏装置对梁体进行纠偏;完成顶推作业体系到调整梁底纵坡作业体系的切换工作,临时结构拆除,永久支座固结。本发明的顶推施工工艺,实现在一个铁路时间窗口内完成桥梁的跨线大于45米,在顶推过程梁体无需顶升,对梁体有较好的保护,避免使梁体产生变形或内部缺陷。
