The driving wheel drives the annular driving structure to rotate synchronously when rotating, and the annular driving structure makes contact with the ground. According to the bridge body carrying device, when the driving wheels move and are hindered by protruding obstacles, the first hydraulic cylinders are started, the output ends of the first hydraulic cylinders abut against the ground to support the driving wheels, and then the first hydraulic cylinders and the annular driving structures drive the driving wheels to climb to the positions above the protruding obstacles and finally cross the protruding obstacles; in the whole process of crossing the bulged obstacle, only the output quantity of the first hydraulic cylinder needs to be controlled by a worker, the phenomenon that the driving wheel slips when crossing the obstacle is avoided, the difficulty of crossing the bulged obstacle of the carrying device is reduced, and optimization of the carrying device is achieved.
