CARRYING-IN METHOD OF BRIDGE ARTICLE, CARRYING-OUT METHOD OF BRIDGE ARTICLE, REMOVING METHOD OF BRIDGE ARTICLE, INSTALLATION METHOD THEREOF AND LIFTING DEVICE FOR BRIDGE ARTICLE
To provide a carrying-in method of bridge articles and a carrying-out method of bridge articles allowing effective carrying-in and carrying-out work of articles, a removing method and an installation method of bridge members, and a lifting device for bridge articles.SOLUTION: A lifting device 10 is used capable of lifting a placing part 11 between a first height position P1 equal to the height positions of the installation positions of supports 5, 6 and a second height position P2 lower than the first height position P1 and at a predetermined height position from the ground level. The existing support 5 removed from a part between a bridge pier 4 and a superstructure is placed on the placing part 11 lifted to the first height position P1, then the placing part 11 placed with the support 5 is lowered to the second height position P2, and the support 5 on the placing part 11 is lowered from the placing part 11 to the ground level by a crane truck 50. Thus, the existing support 5 can be lowered down by the crane truck 50 to the placing part 11 of the lifting device 10 at the second height position P2 lower than an upper end of the bridge pier 4 by height H2, and a new support 6 can be lifted up to the placing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】物品の搬入及び搬出を効率よく行うことのできる橋梁用物品搬入方法、橋梁用物品搬出方法、橋梁部材の撤去方法及びその設置方法並びに橋梁用物品昇降装置を提供する。【解決手段】支承５，６の設置位置と同等の高さ位置の第１の高さ位置Ｐ1 と、第１の高さ位置Ｐ1 よりも低く且つ地上から所定の高さ位置の第２の高さ位置Ｐ2 との間で載置部１１を昇降可能な昇降装置１０を用い、第１の高さ位置Ｐ1 まで上昇させた載置部１１に橋脚４と上部工との間から撤去した既設の支承５を載置した後、支承５を載置した載置部１１を第２の高さ位置Ｐ2 まで下降させ、載置部１１上の支承５をクレーン車５０によって載置部１１から地上に吊り降ろすようにしたので、クレーン車５０により橋脚４の上端よりも高さＨ2 だけ低い第２の高さ位置Ｐ2 で昇降装置１０の載置部１１に対して既設の支承５の吊り降ろしと新たな支承６の吊り上げを行うことができる。【選択図】図３
