The invention belongs to the technical field of anti-freezing and deicing of concrete faced rockfill dam water stop structures in cold regions, and particularly relates to an anti-freezing treatment device for a concrete faced rockfill dam water stop structure based on an electric heat tracing plate, which comprises an arc-shaped metal cover plate positioned on the upper layer and used for physically protecting the electric heat tracing plate from being damaged; the electric heat tracing plate is positioned on the middle layer and is used for heating; and the heat preservation and insulation plate is used for enabling the temperature of the electric heat tracing plate not to be easily conducted to the water stop structure, so that an organic material of the water stop structure is prevented from being damaged due to the influence of high temperature. When a water area adjacent to the water stop structure is frozen, the electric heat tracing plate is controlled to be powered on and heat, the active deicing and anti-freezing functions are achieved, meanwhile, a heat preservation and insulation layer, a metal sheet and other protection measures are arranged in the electric heat tracing system, and the problems that organic materials in the water stop structure age and lose efficacy at high temperature are solved; and a long-term stable and reliable deicing effect is provided for the water stop structure of the concrete faced rockfill dam.
