The invention relates to the technical field of water conservancy construction, and discloses a Yellow River water conservancy emergency rescue pile driver which comprises a suspension table, an impact mechanism and an auxiliary supporting mechanism. The impact mechanism comprises an impact column slidably connected to the middle of the hanging table, a top plate is arranged at the end, away from the ground, of the impact column, the end of the top plate is fixedly connected with the end of a lifting plate perpendicular to the top plate, a supporting frame is arranged on the side, away from the ground, of the hanging table, and a hanging frame is arranged in the middle of the supporting frame. The side, close to the hanging table, of the hanging frame is rotationally connected with one end of a rotating plate, and the other end of the rotating plate is rotationally connected with a supporting wheel matched with the lifting plate. The auxiliary supporting mechanism comprises a hanging plate arranged on the side, close to the ground, of the hanging table, and a hanging ring is arranged at the end of the hanging plate. According to the Yellow River water conservancy emergency rescue pile driver, through cooperation of the supporting wheels and the lifting plate, vibration generated during impact of the impact column cannot be transmitted to the supporting wheels, and therefore the whole pile driver is kept stable during working.
