The invention belongs to the field of building construction, and particularly relates to a deep foundation pit dewatering well sealing device which comprises a base. The top of the base is in bolted connection with a fixing frame. A winch is fixedly connected to the top of the fixing frame. The winch is fixedly connected with a steel wire rope; the bottom end of the steel wire rope is fixedly connected with a first fixed seat; the bottom of the first fixed seat is fixedly connected with a telescopic rod; the bottom end of the telescopic rod is fixedly connected with a second fixed seat; the first fixing base and the second fixing base are each internally provided with a cavity, by means of the arrangement, the fixing plate and the blocking plate form an annular pipe fitting, the annular pipe fitting is attached to the interior of the dewatering well, the effect of blocking underground water can be achieved, and therefore the water level can be controlled to be lowered later conveniently; and meanwhile, the supporting effect on a soft soil layer can be achieved, and the quicksand phenomenon is reduced.
