The invention discloses a deep foundation pit dewatering well structure which comprises a well body, a filter pipe is inserted into the well body, a filter plate is slidably connected into the filter pipe, a through hole is formed in the center of the upper surface of the filter plate, a rotating part is rotatably connected into the through hole, a cylinder is slidably connected to the upper surface of the filter plate, and a plurality of water inlet holes are formed in the annular surface of the cylinder. A water pump is arranged on the upper surface of the cylinder, a connecting pipe is fixedly connected to the input end of the water pump, and the end, away from the water pump, of the connecting pipe is inserted into the cylinder; the output end of the water pump is communicated with a drainage pipe penetrating through the conical cover. During use, the bottom of the well body does not need to be blocked, so that the well body filtering efficiency is improved, meanwhile, gravel is prevented from being accumulated at the edge of the water pump, and the problem that sand discharging needs to be conducted on the well bottom regularly during precipitation is solved.
