The invention discloses an open-cut double-arch tunnel formwork trolley and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of tunnel construction. The open-cut double-arch tunnel formwork trolley comprises an outer formwork trolley body and two inner formwork trolley bodies. The outer mold trolley comprises an outer mold portal, an outer mold lifting walking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the outer mold portal, an outer mold plate assembly arranged in the outer mold portal and an outer mold telescopic supporting device connected between the outer mold portal and the outer mold plate assembly. The inner mold trolley comprises an inner mold portal, an inner mold lifting walking mechanism arranged at the bottom of the inner mold portal, an inner mold plate assembly arranged outside the inner mold portal and an inner mold telescopic supporting device connected between the inner mold portal and the inner mold plate assembly. A pouring space used for pouring a middle partition wall and two arch walls is formed between the outer formwork assembly and the two inner formwork assemblies. The construction efficiency is improved, construction joints are prevented from being formed between the mid-partition wall and the arch wall, the waterproofness and durability of the tunnel are improved, and the later maintenance cost is reduced.
