Alkali-resisting trench deformation joint structure with steel plate lining
The invention discloses an alkali-resistant trench deformation joint structure provided with a steel plate lining, a trench sequentially comprises a common concrete layer (1), an anti-corrosion isolation layer (2) and an alkali-resistant concrete layer (3) from bottom to top, trench walls of the trench on two sides of a deformation joint (10) are locally thickened, and the steel plate lining (4) is arranged on the inner side of the alkali-resistant concrete layer (3). The steel plate lining (4) and the alkali-resistant concrete layer (3) are additionally provided with anchoring steel bars (7) on the two sides of the deformation joint (10), and the alkali-resistant concrete layer (3) on the deformation joint (10) is provided with a steel plate water stop strip (6). The structure, the strength and the anti-corrosion effect are greatly improved, and compared with the prior art, the anti-seepage structure of the deformation joint is further enhanced, alkali liquor leakage is prevented, and the alkali corrosion resisting effect of the trench is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种设有钢板内衬的耐碱地沟变形缝构造,地沟由下到上依次为普通混凝土层(1)、防腐隔离层(2)和耐碱混凝土层(3),地沟在变形缝(10)两侧的地沟壁局部加厚,耐碱混凝土层(3)内侧设置钢板内衬(4),钢板内衬(4)与耐碱混凝土层(3)在变形缝(10)位置两侧增加锚固钢筋(7),在变形缝(10)位置的耐碱混凝土层(3)设钢板止水片(6)。本发明的结构,强度和防腐效果均有大幅提升,和现有技术相比,进一步加强变形缝防渗构造,防止碱液渗漏,以保证地沟的耐碱腐蚀效果。
