The invention discloses a novel rain and sewage diversion intercepting well structure, which comprises an intercepting well body, a diversion working chamber, a flow guide pipe, a flow guide pipe, a flow guide pipe and a flow guide pipe, wherein a diversion working chamber is formed in the intercepting well body; the intercepting weir is constructed on the bottom surface of the shunting working chamber of the intercepting well body; a water storage groove is formed in the upper portion of the lever flow guide plate, at least one drainage hole is formed in the bottom of the water storage groove, the lever flow guide plate is in a vertical state without external force, the lower end of the lever flow guide plate abuts against the intercepting weir, and the lower end of the lever flow guide plate abuts against the intercepting weir. The diversion chamber is divided into a sewage working chamber and a rainwater working chamber; the confluence water inlet pipe is arranged on the intercepting well body and is communicated with the upper part of the sewage working chamber; the sewage drainage pipe is arranged on the intercepting well body and is communicated with the lower part of the sewage working chamber; and the rainwater drainage pipe is arranged on the intercepting well body and is communicated with the lower part of the rainwater working chamber. Automatic control is achieved based on the gravity and lever principle.
