Comprising a fountain nozzle and a mirror waterscape unit, and the mirror waterscape unit comprises a reservoir capable of containing waterscape water and a fire-fighting water source; the circulating system unit comprises a water collecting well used for containing an overflow water source of the reservoir, and a circulating pump and a circulating pipe are installed in the water collecting well. The water treatment unit comprises an equipment room and water purification equipment mounted in the equipment room; the fire-fighting water taking unit comprises a cast iron pipe water taking well and a communicating pipe connected with the cast iron pipe water taking well in a communicating mode. The mirror waterscape device has the function of a fire pool for storing water for an outdoor fire hydrant, and building function integration can be improved. The water treatment unit and the circulating system unit can form a continuous passage structure between the fire-fighting water taking unit and the mirror waterscape unit, so that the fire-fighting water taking requirement is well met; and the overflow weir structure and the liquid level signal device are convenient for a background control program to timely monitor and supplement the liquid level height.
