The invention discloses a high-strength anti-static floor and a manufacturing process, and belongs to the technical field of floor production, the floor comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 50 parts of a high-density fiberboard, 25 parts of an aluminum magnesium alloy protective layer, 10 parts of an anti-static material, 10 parts of a solvent and 5 parts of a hardener, and the process comprises the following steps: S1, cutting, polishing and cleaning the high-density fiberboard; the surface is flat and clean and is covered with an aluminum-magnesium alloy protective layer, so that the corrosion resistance is improved; s2, mixing an anti-static material with a proper amount of solvent, and coating the surface of the aluminum-magnesium alloy protective layer with the mixture to form a uniform coating; s3, the coated floor is put into drying equipment to be dried and cured, so that the surface of the floor is smooth, the hardness is high, and the anti-static performance is stable; and S4, the cured floor is cut, and splicing and mounting are conducted according to design requirements.
