The invention relates to the field of steel structure connecting pieces, and discloses a connecting assembly for fabricated steel structures, comprising a connecting structure used for connecting two steel structures together; the connecting structure comprises a connecting piece used for connecting the two steel structures together. The monitoring assembly is used for detecting the stress state of the contraction connecting structure and comprises a vibration sensor which is fixedly mounted on the connecting piece; and an operation host. The monitoring assembly is used for extracting dynamic characteristics of the contraction connection structure and sending signals to the operation host after the characteristics are extracted. The monitoring mechanism is mounted on the connecting piece, the stress state of the connecting piece is monitored in real time through the vibration sensor, and when the connecting piece vibrates abnormally, an alarm can be given through the audible and visual alarm, so that a maintainer can conveniently and accurately position a maintenance point, and the maintenance efficiency is improved. Therefore, the problem that troubleshooting is needed one by one during maintenance in the prior art is solved.
