According to the automatic door body falling protection device and the lifting door, the outer wall of a shaft sleeve is rotationally connected with a stopping block through a stopping block torsional spring, and a braking part is arranged on the stopping block; when the pull rope is tensioned, circumferential torque is applied to the shaft sleeve, the shaft sleeve drives the backstop torsional spring through the circumferential torque, then the braking part of the backstop abuts against the blade assembly, and the end of the blade assembly keeps a distance from the guide rail. When the pull rope is loosened, the circumferential torque disappears, the backstop torsional spring drives the backstop to reset, the backstop is separated from the blade assembly, and then the blade assembly prevents the door curtain from descending. The backstop for preventing the blade assembly from playing a braking function is arranged in the rotating direction of the blade assembly, so that misoperation of the blade assembly is avoided, and the safety performance of the lifting door is improved.
