Suspension arm turning-over method
The invention provides a lazy arm turning method which comprises the following steps: firstly, horizontally lifting a lazy arm, lifting the lazy arm away from a supporting surface, then loosening a steel wire rope group by a third lifting device, enabling a second side of the lazy arm to rotate relative to a first side due to the same horizontal height of a first lifting point and a second lifting point, turning the lazy arm for the first time, and then moving the third lifting device; the third lifting device is connected with the fourth lifting point, so that interference caused by connection of the steel wire rope group and the second side of the lifting arm from the upper part of the lifting arm is avoided, and after the moved third lifting device is connected with the fourth lifting point, the third lifting device tightens the steel wire rope group and drives the second side of the lifting arm to continuously rotate relative to the first side, and the lifting arm is turned over again; the lifting arm is overturned twice, so that the lifting arm is overturned by 180 degrees relative to the initial state, and different positions of the lifting arm can be conveniently welded and machined.
