Silicon nitride nanowire and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a silicon nitride nanowire as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the field of preparation of inorganic non-metallic materials. According to the preparation method, surface passivation is carried out on the nano silicon powder, so that the oxygen content in the preparation process is reduced, the nanowire with controllable phase and size can be obtained, and meanwhile, the purity of the silicon nitride nanowire is improved; moFe-LDH is used as a catalyst to carry out nitridation reaction in H2-N2 mixed gas, and the silicon nitride nanowire can uniformly grow on the surface of LDH by controlling the content of hydrogen; the size of the nanowire is regulated and controlled by controlling the proportion of Fe and Mo in the catalyst, the diameter of the nanowire is reduced, and the length-diameter ratio of the nanowire is increased; and finally, removing unreacted silicon powder, magnesium oxide, aluminum oxide and other impurities through acid washing and alkali washing to obtain the pure silicon nitride nanowire. Experimental results of the embodiment show that the diameter of the silicon nitride nanowire prepared by the preparation method provided by the invention is 30-80nm, and the length-diameter ratio is greater than 1000.
本发明提供了一种氮化硅纳米线及其制备方法和应用,属于无机非金属材料制备领域。本发明通过对纳米硅粉进行表面钝化,降低制备过程中的氧含量,有利于得到物相和尺寸可控的纳米线,同时提高氮化硅纳米线纯度;以MoFe‑LDH作为催化剂在H2‑N2混合气中进行氮化反应,通过控制氢气的含量,使氮化硅纳米线能够在LDH表面均匀生长;通过控制催化剂中Fe和Mo的比例对纳米线的尺寸进行调控,降低纳米线的直径,提高其长径比;最后通过酸洗和碱洗去除未反应的硅粉、氧化镁和氧化铝等杂质,得到纯净的氮化硅纳米线。实施例的实验结果表明,本发明提供的制备方法制备的氮化硅纳米线的直径为30~80nm,长径比>1000。
