Silicon nitride nanowire/calcium phosphate ceramic non-combustible paper and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses silicon nitride nanowire/calcium phosphate ceramic non-combustible paper and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) obtaining a solution A; 2) standing and curing the solution A, and then grinding into powder B; (3) the powder B obtained in the step (2) is evenly laid in a substrate, then the substrate is placed in a heating furnace to be subjected to heat treatment, after furnace cooling is conducted, an obtained product is stripped from the surface of the substrate, and a sample C is obtained; 4) putting the sample C into a chemical vapor deposition furnace, heating, introducing natural gas and argon, and preserving heat to obtain a sample D; 5) obtaining a solution E; 6) carrying out electrolytic deposition by using a graphite plate as an anode, the sample D as a cathode and the solution E as an electrolyte to obtain a sample F; and 7) placing the sample F in an oxidation furnace, carrying out oxidation treatment in an air atmosphere, and cooling to obtain the silicon nitride nanowire/calcium phosphate ceramic non-combustible paper, the non-combustible paper prepared by the method has excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance and fire resistance, and has a heat insulation effect.
本发明公开了一种氮化硅纳米线/钙磷陶瓷不燃纸及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)得溶液A;2)将溶液A静置固化,然后研磨成粉末B;3)将步骤2)得到的粉末B均匀平铺在基板中,再置于加热炉中进行热处理,再随炉冷却后,将所得产物从基板表面剥离,得样品C;4)将样品C放入化学气相沉积炉中,再升温,然后通入天然气及氩气,并保温,得样品D;5)得到溶液E;6)采用石墨板作为阳极,样品D作为阴极,溶液E为电解液,进行电解沉积,得到样品F;7)将样品F置于氧化炉中,在空气氛围中氧化处理,冷却后,得氮化硅纳米线/钙磷陶瓷不燃纸,该方法制备得到的不燃纸的耐酸碱腐蚀性能及耐火性能优异,且具有隔热效果。
