Normal-pressure preparation method of silicon dioxide aerogel material
The invention discloses a normal-pressure preparation method of a silicon dioxide aerogel material, which comprises the following steps: S1, diluting a silicon source with water, and pouring the diluted silicon source into a sodium ion adsorption material to obtain purified silica sol; s2, cleaning the sodium ion adsorption material, and repeating the operation in S1 to obtain high-purity silica sol; s3, pouring the high-purity silica sol into an acid solution, uniformly mixing, and adding ethanol and ammonia water to obtain a wet gel block; or S31, pouring the high-purity silica sol into an acid solution, uniformly mixing, adding ethanol and ammonia water, and coating a fiber felt with the mixture to obtain a wet gel felt; s4, adding ethanol into the wet gel block obtained in S3 or the wet gel felt obtained in S31, aging for a period of time, and then adding a modifier for modification; and S5, drying the wet gel block or wet gel felt subjected to surface modification in the step S4 to obtain the aerogel material. The aerogel material prepared by the method disclosed by the invention is good in heat insulation performance, short in preparation period and relatively low in cost.
本发明公开了一种二氧化硅气凝胶材料的常压制备方法,包括以下步骤:S1、将硅源用水稀释后倒入钠离子吸附材料中,得到纯化硅溶胶;S2、清洗所述钠离子吸附材料,重复S1中操作,得到高纯硅溶胶;S3、将所述高纯硅溶胶倒入酸液中混合均匀,加入乙醇、氨水,得到湿凝胶块;或S31、将所述高纯硅溶胶倒入酸液中混合均匀,加入乙醇、氨水,再涂布到纤维毡上得到湿凝胶毡;S4、在S3中所得湿凝胶块或S31中所得湿凝胶毡中加入乙醇老化一段时间,再加入改性剂进行改性;S5、将S4中表面改性后的湿凝胶块或湿凝胶毡进行干燥,得到气凝胶材料。本发明方法制备的气凝胶材料隔热性能好,制备周期短,成本较低。
