High-temperature heat-insulation silicon dioxide aerogel composite material and normal-pressure preparation method thereof
The preparation method comprises the following steps: diluting water glass with water to obtain a precursor solution, adjusting the pH value to be acidic, sequentially adding an infrared screening agent and a drying control chemical additive, carrying out uniform ultrasonic dispersion, and finally adding water glass to adjust the pH value to obtain a sol solution; pouring the sol solution into a mold filled with a fiber felt, carrying out vacuum impregnation, and waiting for gelation, so as to obtain composite gel; adding the composite gel into a mixed solution of a surface modifier, alcohol and a low-surface-tension non-polar solvent, and simultaneously carrying out solvent replacement and surface hydrophobic modification; the modified composite gel is subjected to normal-pressure graded drying, and the composite gel is obtained. Normal-pressure drying of the silicon dioxide aerogel is achieved through network structure regulation and control, network pore liquid replacement and network skeleton surface modification, and the network structure is not damaged, and the obtained aerogel has high-temperature heat insulation performance. The preparation method is good in economic benefit and suitable for large-scale production.
本发明涉及一种高温隔热二氧化硅气凝胶复合材料及其常压制备方法,制备方法包括:采用水稀释水玻璃得到前驱体溶液,调节pH至酸性,再依次加入红外遮蔽剂和干燥控制化学添加剂,超声分散均匀,最后再加入水玻璃调节pH值,得到溶胶溶液;将溶胶溶液倒入装有纤维毡的模具中,真空浸渍后待其凝胶,得到复合凝胶;将复合凝胶加入到表面改性剂、醇和低表面张力非极性溶剂的混合溶液中同时进行溶剂置换和表面疏水改性;将改性后复合凝胶进行常压分级干燥即得。本发明通过网络结构调控、网络孔隙液体置换、网络骨架表面改性实现二氧化硅气凝胶的常压干燥而不损坏网络结构,所得气凝胶具有高温隔热性能。该制备方法经济效益好、适宜大规模生产。
