Anti-cracking composite material and preparation method thereof

The anti-cracking composite material comprises polyvinyl alcohol fibers and a steel fiber-mica powder compound; the preparation method comprises the following steps: blending the polyvinyl alcohol fiber and the alginate fiber to obtain the composite fiber, cutting the composite fiber, and then stirring and mixing the composite fiber and the steel fiber-mica powder compound. When the anti-cracking composite material is mixed into concrete, the steel fibers are mutually lapped in the concrete to form a structural network, mica powder particles on the steel fibers extend into the surrounding concrete to inhibit stripping between the steel fibers and the concrete, and the polyvinyl alcohol fibers are low in elongation, play a role similar to a screen after being uniformly dispersed and inhibit particle components in the concrete from sinking, so that the anti-cracking composite material has a good anti-cracking effect.
