The invention relates to the technical field of waste glycerin utilization, in particular to a waste glycerin recycling method which comprises the following steps: step 1, weighing waste glycerin and an emulsifier in proportion, and stirring in a heating process to obtain uniformly dispersed waste glycerin emulsion; 2, sequentially adding water, a preservative and a filler into the waste glycerin emulsion obtained in the step 1, and carrying out heat preservation and stirring to obtain a uniformly mixed solution; and step 3, cooling the mixed solution obtained in the step 2 to room temperature to obtain the retarder. According to the recycling method of the waste glycerin, the waste glycerin is used for preparing the retarder, recycling of the waste glycerin is achieved, and the problems of high cost and environmental pollution caused by existing waste glycerin incineration treatment are solved.
