Modified cement stabilized macadam and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of road materials, in particular to modified cement stabilized macadam and a preparation method thereof. The modified cement stabilized macadam is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of aggregate, 1.5 to 4 parts of water, 2.5 to 6.5 parts of cement, 1 to 3 parts of fiber and 1 to 3 parts of thickening agent. According to the invention, the use amount of cement is reduced by adding the thickener hydrophobic modified hydroxyethyl cellulose, such polymer has more significant tackifying property and anti-shear stability, and can enhance the viscosity of cement, improve the viscosity and fluidity of cement, so that the cement has cohesiveness and plasticity, and fibers are added to build a fiber skeleton, so that the viscosity of cement is improved. The compression resistance and crack resistance coefficients of the modified cement stabilized macadam are further enhanced. The chitin fiber is applied to modification of the cement stabilized macadam for the first time, a remarkable effect is achieved, great benefits are brought to development and popularization of the chitin fiber, and meanwhile the modification direction of the cement stabilized macadam and development of an asphalt road with the cement stabilized macadam as a base layer are promoted.
本发明涉及道路材料技术领域,特别涉及一种改性水泥稳定性碎石及其制备方法。一种改性水泥稳定碎石,包括以下重量份数的组分:集料:100份,水1.5‑4份,水泥2.5‑6.5份,纤维1‑3份、增稠剂1‑3份。本发明通过添加增稠剂疏水改性羟乙基纤维素来减少与水泥的用量,这类聚合物具有更显著的增粘性和抗剪切稳定性,能够增强水泥的粘稠性,提高水泥的粘度和流动性使水泥具有黏聚性和可塑性,添加纤维,搭建纤维骨架,进一步增强了改性水泥稳定碎石的抗压与抗裂系数。首次提出将甲壳素纤维应用到水泥稳定碎石的改性应用中,并取得显著效果,对甲壳素纤维的发展推广大有益处,同时推动了水泥稳定碎石的改性方向和以水泥稳定碎石为基层的沥青道路的发展。
