Anti-crack cement stabilized macadam and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-crack cement stabilized macadam and a preparation method thereof. The anti-crack cement stabilized macadam comprises the following components in parts by weight: 88-94 parts of grade material, 2-5 parts of cement, 3-6 parts of water and 1-2 parts of expanding agent, wherein the expanding agent is a calcium sulphoaluminate expanding agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: performing aggregate preparation, specifically, screening aggregates step by step to obtain a graded macadam prepared mixture; and performing mixing, specifically, pouring 1-2 parts by weight of an expanding agent into 2-5 parts by weight of cement, uniformly mixing the mixture, and uniformly stirring and mixing aggregates with different particle sizes, pouring the cement added with the expanding agent into the mixed aggregate, adding 3-6 parts by weight of water, and uniformly stirring and mixing the materials to obtain the anti-crack cement stabilized macadam finished product. The shrinkage rate of the cement stabilized macadam material is reduced through the expanding agent, the tensile resistance of the cement stabilized macadam material is improved, and base layer splitting is reduced. In the aggregate proportion, the aggregates with the particle size of 0.6 mm or less are reduced to be close to the lower limit, so that the generation of temperature shrinkage and sun crack is reduced.
本发明公开了一种抗裂型水泥稳定碎石及制备方法,包括以下重量份的组分:级料88~94份、水泥2~5份、水3~6份、膨胀剂1~2份。膨胀剂为硫铝酸钙型膨胀剂。制备方法,包括以下步骤:集料制备:将所用的集料逐级筛分,得到级配碎石配制混合料;混合:将1~2重量份的膨胀剂倒入2~5重量份的水泥中混合均匀,将不同粒径的集料搅拌混合均匀;将加入膨胀剂的水泥倒入混合后的集料中,加入3~6重量份的水搅拌混合均匀得到抗裂型水泥稳定碎石成品。本发明通过膨胀剂降低水泥稳定碎石材料的收缩率,提高水泥稳定碎石材料的抗拉力能力,减少基层分裂。集料配比中降低0.6mm粒径以下的集料,使其接近低限,从而减小温缩干裂的产生。
