The invention provides conductive zirconia ceramic, a method for preparing the conductive zirconia ceramic through additive manufacturing and application of the conductive zirconia ceramic, and the method comprises the following steps: mixing zirconia powder, a surface modifier and a solvent, sequentially carrying out ball milling and drying to obtain a first mixture, heating and stirring the first mixture, mixing the first mixture with a binder, and then carrying out pressurized stirring to obtain a second mixture; sequentially cooling and crushing the second mixture, and carrying out additive manufacturing on the obtained zirconium oxide granules to obtain a green body; the green body is degreased, an obtained degreased workpiece is sintered under the nitrogen element containing condition, and the conductive zirconia ceramic is obtained. The formed ZrO2 conductive ceramic does not need to be added with other impure phases, can be used for preparing a complex porous structural member, and has the advantages of simplicity in operation, low cost, high strength, stable chemical performance and stable conductivity.
本发明提供一种导电氧化锆陶瓷及增材制造制备其的方法和应用,所述方法包括:混合氧化锆粉末、表面改性剂和溶剂,依次进行球磨和烘干后,得到的第一混合物经加热搅拌,并混入粘结剂后再经加压搅拌,得到第二混合物;所述第二混合物依次经冷却和破碎,得到的氧化锆颗粒料经增材制造,得到生坯;所述生坯经脱脂,得到的脱脂后工件在含氮元素的条件下进行烧结处理,得到导电氧化锆陶瓷。本发明成型ZrO2导电陶瓷不需要添加其他杂相且可制备复杂多孔结构件,具有操作简单,成本低,强度高,化学性能稳定、导电性稳定的优点。
