The invention discloses lime pellets prepared from carbide slag and a technological method, and belongs to the field of comprehensive utilization of resources. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out size mixing on carbide slag to prepare a suspension, and sequentially carrying out solid impurity removal by a mechanical method and free impurity removal by a reduction method; 2, dehydrating and grinding the carbide slag by adopting a filter press; 3, crushing limestone to prepare pellet cores; 4, repeatedly rolling the pellet core and the ground carbide slag in a pelletizer to prepare green pellets; 5, roasting the green pellets by using a closed rotary kiln to obtain high-activity calcium oxide pellets; and 6, introducing coal gas or natural gas in the roasting process for oxygen-enriched combustion to obtain high-concentration CO2 for direct recovery. According to the prepared calcium oxide pellets, the mass fraction of active calcium oxide is larger than or equal to 95%, the compressive strength is larger than or equal to 2000N/piece, the calcium oxide pellets can be used as a blast furnace smelting fluxing agent, a cement accelerator, a fluorescent powder fluxing agent, calcium oxide and various calcium compounds, comprehensive utilization of the carbide slag is achieved, and an effective reference process is provided for solving the problem of massive stacking of the carbide slag.
一种电石渣制备的石灰球团及工艺方法,属于资源综合利用领域。制备方法步骤如下:1.将电石渣调浆制成悬浮液,依次进行机械法去除固体除杂和还原法去除游离性杂质;2.采用压滤机对电石渣进行脱水并磨细;3.取石灰石破碎,制备球团芯;4.将球团芯与磨细电石渣在造球机中反复滚动制备生球团;5.利用密闭式回转窑焙烧生球团,得到高活性氧化钙球团;6.焙烧过程中通入煤气或天然气富氧燃烧,得到高浓度CO2直接回收。制得的氧化钙球团,活性氧化钙质量分数≥95%,抗压强度≥2000N/个,可用作高炉冶炼助熔剂、水泥速凝剂、荧光粉助熔剂、氧化钙及各种钙化合物,实现了电石渣的综合利用,为解决电石渣大量堆存提供有效参考工艺。
